Ana Beatriz Simões sent an email to us representing a group of New Medical Fellows at the University of Coimbra. As 4th year Medicine students, they recognize the relevance of early detection of some pathologies, namely through the assessment of Glycemia, Blood Pressure and Body Mass Index (BMI), as well as the need to educate the Portuguese population to promote the adoption of healthier lifestyles and control known risk factors.

From July 2024 they begin carrying out Cardiovascular Screenings for the Portuguese population. To this end, They would like to promote several screening and health education actions in several states across the country. In this sense, we decided to sponsor them with our Safe AQ blood glucose meter and test strips to keep this work. Sinocare will keep helping more communities and we are trying to let more people live in confidence.
