How much is the shipping fee?

For the time being, free shipping for all orders over €18. 

How long does delivery take?
  • In most cases, it will take 3-5 business days for UK and Spain.(It will take 7-15 business days if the product is out of stock in overseas warehouses)
  • It will take around 5-10 business days for France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Australia, Switzerland, Norway, Singapore, Israel, Japan
  • It will take around 8-15 business days for Canada, Greece, Cyprus, New Zealand
  • It will take around 10-18 business days for Chile, Colombia
  • It will take around 15-25 business days for Brazil
  • Mexico shipping time is not stable.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
