1 Glucometer - Safe AQ Angel

We'd like to warmly remind you that Safe AQ test strips are only available for the Safe AQ Smart & Safe AQ Voice glucose monitor.
If you want to use the Safe AQ Angel monitor, you have to use the correct test strips (Safe AQ Angel Strips).
Press and hold the right hand button for 3 seconds while the unit is powered off. This takes you to the set time function
You just need to dip the end of strip in a tiny amount of blood and then the strips will suck your blood sample automatically.

The control solution is a special liquid aim at testing if the test strip is OK or not.
However, we have already tested the strips right after the production, you don't have to test it again.
You may skip that step and use the blood glucose meter directly,please don't worry about it.

May I know if you got the 2 results under the same condition? (time / both fasting or both after meal results).
Do you test them with the same drop blood.
When the blood is not enough, do not squeeze your finger, so as not to squeeze out the tissue fluid and affect the test result; instead, let the blood be pushed out from the finger to the fingertip.
If so, I suggest you go to the nearby clinic and get the blood testing result, then compare that result with the one from our glucose meter, if the difference is less than 20%, then our glucose meter result is reliable.

The 10 records of Safe-AQ machine can not be deleted at the same time. Once 10 records are in memory, adding a new record causes the oldest one to be deleted. The records can be covered but can not be deleted all.
There are four main reasons will cause this error message ,such as incorrect test method,used test strip ,expired test strip or damped test strip ,test strip exposed to air more than 3 minutes.
If so,you need to use a new test strip and insert test strips into meter before apply sample to strips then test again
Besides,you need to confirm you purchased the correspond test strips with your glucometer at the same time.
Test strips are easy to buy, you can search from the same platform to buy spare test strips.(Please note to buy safe AQ smart test strips)

1. When using the blood glucose meter to measure, make sure that the second drop of blood flows out and then start to absorb and measure with the test strip.
2. During the test, did you pinch your fingers hard? We recommend that when collecting blood, push it from the finger near the palm to the finger for blood collection.
3. When using the test strip to collect blood, is it full at one time?
You can see if the white part of the test strip is full.
4. Does the test strip absorb blood correctly?
You need to place your finger on the top suction port of the test strip, not on the side. When the suction port turns red, it means that a blood sample has been collected. (Do not drip onto the test paper)
5. Is blood collected only when the alcohol evaporates?
When taking blood, you need to wait for the alcohol to evaporate before giving the needle injection.

Yes, it will record the results of your previous measurements,but there is no such an APP.
Please replace the battery (confirm the batteries are correctly installed with the right position of sign “+” and “-”)and insert the test strip, the meter will turn on automatically in most cases.

The voice feature is turned on by default. If you want to turn it off, please refer to the following steps:
- Flip the meter over, and slide the battery cover off.
- Remove the batteries to find the voice switch inside the battery chamber.
- Switch it off to turn off the voice. If you need the voice feature again, just switch it on.
- Insert the batteries and slide the battery cover on.
- Check the screen of the meter. If it does not display the “♪” symbol, then the voice is off. If you still see the “♪” symbol on the screen, repeat the steps above and make sure you don’t miss anything.
No. A person cannot diagnose diabetes using home testing alone. The glucometer monitors your blood sugar level to show if it’s high or low on a regular basis, which can be helpful in the diagnosis of diabetes. However, the test results can be affected by many factors, so if you see an unusual reading, you can go to your local hospital and ask the doctors for further professional testing. They will take a venous blood test and check your blood sugar levels for the past 3 months to decide whether you are diabetic or not.
The voice function. The Safe AQ Voice comes with additonal voice features. Both monitors are used to measure your blood sugar.
The Safe AQ test strips can be used with the AQ Voice glucometer.
Please double-check whether you purchased the correct one, otherwise, you won’t be able to use the product.

The tester is powered by 2 AAA batteries. Those preincluded batteries are not rechargeable, and you'll need to replace those with new ones.
You are seeing the “E-7” error because of an insufficient test sample size, which means there is not enough blood. Please touch the blood with the end of the strip and let the strip suck more of it. Use a new test trip to perform the test and make sure the sample size is sufficient.

No. You cannot use Saft Accu test strips with Safe Accu 2. It is only usable with the Saft Accu glucometers. You must purchase the Safe Accu 2 test strips to use with Safe Accu 2 glucometers. Unmatched glucometer and test strips result in unusable products.
This blood glucose meter is used to detect blood sugar level, it cannot detect ketone level.
Please refer to the following steps:
- Turn off the device.
- Press the DOWN ARROW button for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode.
- Press UP or DOWN ARROW to set the year according to your needs.
- Press the ON/OFF button to confirm.
- Move on to set the month and so on.
It wouldn’t be possible to reset the machine for now, and we apologize for the inconvenience. However, all of the sinocare blood glucose meters you purchased are tested before shipment, and there is no need to reset the machine.

- Check that the batteries are correctly installed with the right position of sign “+” and “-”;
- Remove the batteries, wait for 3 minutes, reinstall the battery;
- Insert the test strips correctly with the printing facing up and push it into the strip port until it stops; (Please use the safe Accu 2 test strips and insert strips in a correct direction )

It could have resulted from the following reasons:
1: Low battery, please replace the battery and try again.
2: Incorrect procedure, please insert the test strip firstly, then apply your blood sample.
3: Incorrect absorb operation, please put your finger on the top suction port of the test strip and make sure the top changes to red color after applying the blood sample.
4: Error code, please check the product manual for detailed reasons or contact us directly for further help.
2 Accessories -Test Strips
No, you can't. It's just for one-time use.
The 170321-4 is a code of the device, instead of the specific model. However, as long as you are using the Safe-Accu blood glucose meter, then you can use the Safe Accu test strips. If you still think that there is a risk of buying the wrong stirps model, just contact us at support@sinocare.com and we will help you with that.
No, they do not. Safe Accu test strips can only be used with Sinocare Safe Accu blood glucose meter, and it can not work with devices in other brands.
Code-free strips are already ready to use out-of-the-box, while with the non-coded ones, you have to enter a code into the glucometer.
You have a Safe AQ Smart blood glucose meter, but the model of the test strip purchased this time is Safe Accu, so they do not match and come up E-3. The Safe Accu test strips can only be used with Safe Accu blood glucose meters, if you want to use the monitor, you should buy the safe AQ Smart test strips as well.
The expiry date of the blood sugar strips: 24 months ,Period After Opening :6 months;
The expiry date of the uric acid strips: 12 months ,Period After Opening :3 months.
Accessories - Lancet Pen
Set number 4 if your finger’s skin is soft, and higher if it’s thick or calloused. If you’ve just started, try a couple of different settings to find the most suitable numbers for you. You don't need a lot of blood but a clear drop seems to be sucked more easily than blood that's spread.
Please twist the adjustable comfort tip to adjust the puncture depth.If your finger skin is thin and soft,you can set a lower gear of the lancet pen.
1.Unscrew the lancing device cover;
2.Insert a lancet into the lancing device until it comes to a full stop;
3.Twist and pull to remove the lancet protector. Retain the lancet protector for safe lancet disposal;
4.Screw the lancing device cover back on;
5.Twist the adjustable comfort tip to adjust the puncture depth;
6.Pull the spring cover back to arm the lancing device;
7.Make sure the lancing device is pressed firmly to your finger, then press the button to the lancet.
All of our lancets lengths are the same as yours.
You can twist the adjustable comfort tip to adjust the puncture depth.
When you replace the end cap, you shouldn't see the lancet and that's for the safety of the customer.
And when you apply a blood sample, you need to place the tip firmly against the finger with the other hand, and then press the trigger button, so the lancet will trigger quickly to puncture your finger tip."

Hello, the Uric Acid Tester only help to monitor your blood Uric Acid level, it will show if you are having low or high blood Uric Acid on a regular basis which may aid in a proper diagnosis.

5. Environmental test temperature (15-35℃), too high or too low will cause test deviation;
