Which app should I download?
"Medm Health" can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
Please ensure that the APP you download is the latest version.
If there is any problem with the connection between the APP and the meter, please let us know, and we will resolve it.
How do I connect the device to my phone?
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Press the central button on the meter to switch it on
- Once the Safe AQ Air is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired Safe AQ Air will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the Safe AQ Air to collect new data in the app
Can I track historical data?
Yes. The app allows you to store, review, and analyze historical glucose readings, including trends and charts.
Do I need to keep the meter on when connecting to the app?
YES. You need to press the central button on the meter to switch it on.
Tap the "+" button on the Devices Bar.
Once the Safe AQ Air is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices.
